Group Overview
The Tinubu Youth Vanguard Organisation
The Tinubu Youth Vanguard Organisation (TYVO) is a grassroots political support group affiliated with Nigeria’s ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) . Its primary mission is to rally support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election in the 2027 general elections while promoting the administration’s “Renewed Hope Agenda” at the grassroots level .
The organization operates across all 8809 ward, 774 local government areas, 109,senatorial districts, 36 states and the FCT with aims to connect government initiatives with citizens, focusing on youth mobilization, voter education, and youth empowerment.
Our Vision
To Support, Campaign and promote the good Governance of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) Administration and all APC Governors from 2023-2031.
Our Mission
To create Awareness, through our leadership youth structures in the 774 LGAs in Nigeria for the ongoing Government programmes that benefit the ordinary Nigerian in the local level of our communities and serve as a platform for youth to express themselves and participate in nation building.

Good Governance Awareness Campaign
Tinubu Youth Vanguard Organization have Lead with "Policy Evangelism" Showcasing Achievements of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Renewed Hope Agenda. Good governance is most visible when people feel its impact. TYVO’s strategy of "political evangelism" focuses on taking achievements to the grassroots rather than waiting for citizens to find them.
Voter’s Awareness Campaign
INEC data shows that over 70% of eligible voters (mostly youth) stay home due to distrust and misinformation. TYVO has countered this narrative using peer-to-peer storytelling on WhatsApp and TikTok, as INEC recommends meeting youth where they are . They have Push members to show their PVCs online and explain one specific policy (e.g., student loans) they want to protect by voting.

Building on our discussion of voter awareness campaigns, here is the Grassroots Mobilization Infrastructure that the Tinubu Youth Vanguard Organisation (TYVO) has already established—and is actively expanding—to deliver on its promise of 10 million votes in 2027 .

Cash Empowerment to the most vulnerable women in Kaduna State to help ease the hardship of economic reforms under the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu

Empowerment program 2 Cash Donation of two million Naira to help a 16year old indigen mother in Osun state after she was held hostage for her inability to pay her hospital bills after delivery at the LifeLine hospital in Osogbo
Empowerment Programme 3
Launch of Campaign Office and Empowerment of Six Vehicles to Boost Grassroots Mobilization across the 6 Geopolitical Zones in Nigeria
Mobilization Infrastructure (Ward-to-Polling Unit Architecture)
This is the physical backbone of TYVO's grassroots strategy. During the commissioning ceremony in Abuja, TYVO unveiled six vehicles designated for the six geopolitical zones alongside a new campaign office . The APC Head of Mobilization and Support Group, Ambassador Salisu Yahaya Alfa, presided over the event, noting that the vehicles would "enhance the group’s capacity to coordinate activities nationwide" and ensure effective voter mobilization.

Our Workshop
Skill Acquisition Workshop & Internship Programme
The Skill Acquisition Workshop & Internship Programme is implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation (WAPA) and other registered women-focused NGOs.
The programme targets over 500 widows and vulnerable women across the state, providing free, hands-on vocational training aimed at economic independence and sustainable livelihoods.
Skills Offered Include:
- Hair braiding and weaving
- Gele-tying and professional makeup
- Fabric stoning and fashion accessories
- Catering, baking, and food processing
- Soap, pomade, and stove-wick production
- Customized throw pillows and interior décor
- Ankara crafts and fashion accessories
- Leather works and handmade products
This initiative ensures participants acquire practical, income-generating skills that enable them to support themselves and their families with dignity.
